Secretary Grimes Announces State Board of Elections Special Meeting

Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes announced today that the State Board of Elections rescheduled its regularly scheduled December 18, 2012, meeting and will conduct a special board meeting at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, December 21, 2012.

Grimes also announced that Kentucky’s Help America Vote Act Advisory Committee will conduct its annual meeting on Friday, December 21, 2012, at 11:30 a.m.

As required by KRS 61.823, the agendas for the special State Board of Elections meeting and the HAVA Advisory Committee meeting are attached. Both meetings will be held at the State Board of Elections located at 140 Walnut Street, Frankfort, Kentucky.
