Dear Mr. LaRouche:

The Kentucky State Board of Elections has nominated you as a presidential candidate for the Democratic Party, and your name will appear upon Kentucky’s Presidential Preference Primary ballot on May 18, 2004, provided the following requirements are met:

                        1)  Execute and return the attached Notice of Candidacy

                              to the Kentucky Secretary of State

                                                and

                        2)  Deposit with the Kentucky Secretary of State the

                             fee of one thousand dollars ($1,000). Check should be

                             made payable to Kentucky State Treasurer.

The one thousand dollar ($1,000) filing fee and the executed Notice of Candidacy must be received by the Kentucky Secretary of State no later than 4:00 P.M. EST, January 27, 2004.
