Upon taking office, Secretary of State Trey Grayson placed an emphasis on making the Office of the Secretary of State more accessible to Kentuckians from Hickman to Harlan. The office is truly a twenty-four hours a day/seven days a week operation thanks to the innovations put forth by Secretary Grayson.

Since its launch, the website has garnered international awards and has been recognized as the top business website in Kentucky. The new web presence provides constituents with an easy-to-use site with expansive amounts of information.

Under Secretary Grayson's leadership the Office of the Secretary of State has launched over a dozen new online services that allow Kentuckians to transact with their government any time of day. These services not only allow constituents to work on their own schedule, but also expedites the processes of many services the Office of the Secretary of State provides.
